Canada Media Fund (CMF) CEO Valerie Creighton, former Cityline host Tracy Moore, and Prime Video exec Magda Grace, are among WIFT+ Toronto’s 2026 Crystal Awards honourees.
The annual tribute – set to take place Nov. 24 at the Fairmont Royal York – recognizes those making significant contributions to the screen-based industry in Canada and across the globe.
Creighton, who has led CMF for two decades, is being recognized as an Innovation Trailblazer, while Moore will receive the Special Jury Award of Distinction. Grace, Head of Content Acquisition and Partnerships, International at Prime Video, will receive the International Achievement honour.
Others being recognized include Lea Marin, Manager of Content, Netflix Canada (Mentorship); Director of Photography Iris Ng, known for films including Stories We Tell (Sarah Polley), and There are No Words (Sook Yin Lee) (Creative Excellence); and Samantha Traub, Head of Business & Legal Affairs and General Counsel, Boat Rocker Studios (Outstanding Achievement in Business).
