Sparknetworks Syndication and Services To Merge With Momentum Media Marketing Inc.

Shawn Smith to Continue as President of Momentum
Pat Bohn to Serve as Consultant to the Merged Entity
Momentum Media Networks to Launch New Website

Vancouver, BC – December 1, 2016 – Pat Bohn, founder and president of SparkNetworks, and Shawn Smith, founder and president of Momentum Media Marketing Inc., today announced the merger of Sparknetworks’ syndicated programs, services and tools with those of Momentum Media Networks, a division of Vancouver-based Momentum Media Marketing, Inc. The merge is effective January 1, 2017.

“Momentum’s unique broadcast experience, industry positioning, and marketing capabilities make it the perfect group to take the syndication business of SparkNetworks to the next level,” said Pat Bohn. “I have known Shawn Smith for two decades and feel that his leadership combined with the synergies created by this merger will greatly benefit our current clients and vendor partners as well as complement Momentum’s existing offerings,” added Bohn.

As part of the merger, Momentum also announced that Pat Bohn will now consult Momentum on syndication, content development, and marketing opportunities.
