‘Sort Of’ takes Members’ Choice Series Ensemble honour at ACTRA Toronto awards

ACTRA Toronto handed out the 22nd ACTRA Awards on Monday night at the Palais Royale.

Sort Of

CBC and HBO Max series Sort Of took this year’s coveted Members’ Choice Series Ensemble Award, while the 2024 Award of Excellence was presented to veteran television actress Maria del Mar – known for her recurring roles in Blue Murder and Street Legal – by Maurice Dean Wint with a special introduction by Gil Bellows.

As previously-announced, the 2024 ACTRA Toronto Stunt Award was presented to Tom Farr, with The Marsh King’s Daughter winning the 2024 Stunt Ensemble Award.

Salvatore Antonio as Salomé in Slasher, “Everybody’s Darling” (Shaftesbury, Shudder, Hollywood Suite)
