Haas named Chief Growth Officer for NLogic, Numeris as part of leadership changes

Numeris and NLogic have announced three key leadership appointments that the audience measurement solutions agencies say enhances their focus “on driving greater efficiency and delivering more streamlined solutions.”

The moves follow Alicia Olson-Keating’s appointment earlier this year as President & CEO, a job that had been held on an interim basis by NLogic President & COO Sue Haas.

Haas now takes on the role of Chief Growth Officer for both Numeris and its NLogic subsidiary. In the newly-created role, she is tasked with leading strategic initiatives “focused on expanding the measurement footprint, forging new partnerships, and unlocking growth opportunities across both organizations. Her dual leadership will ensure a unified approach to innovation and partnership development, reinforcing the value of collaboration in today’s dynamic media environment.”

Catherine Malo

Catherine Malo has been named SVP, Client Strategy & Solutions, Marketing & Communications for both Numeris and NLogic. With Numeris since 2019, her title was most recently SVP, Cross-Media Business Development and Marketing.

John Turbessi, who joined Numeris in July as Managing Consultant, Product & Technology Leader, will play a key role in bridging technology and product delivery across Numeris and NLogic. Arriving from Nielsen, where he worked for 15 years – ultimately as Senior Director of Technology, will align IT and Engineering functions across both companies.

“Sue, Catherine and John each bring a powerful combination of strategic vision and client-first thinking to their new roles,” said Keating, in an announcement. “As we continue to evolve our measurement capabilities and expand our partnerships, their leadership will be essential in ensuring our clients remain at the centre of everything we do, that we can deliver at scale, and drive transformation in the measurement business in Canada.”
