Bryan Ford appointed Director of Sales, Non-Metro at Pattison Media

Pattison Media has appointed its Okanagan division General Sales Manager Bryan Ford, to the new role of Director of Sales, Non-Metro Markets.

Mike Jean & Katie O’Connor

Ford steps into the role vacated by Katie O’Connor, who was appointed Chief Revenue Officer and Director of Sales, Metro Markets in January as Mike Jean gets set to retire in April after more than 25 years with the company.

Ford began his broadcasting career as a news reporter and anchor in Prince Albert, SK, prior to moving into radio sales, where Pattison says he rose to become the market’s top representative and later Sales Manager. He relocated to the Okanagan Valley in 2016 as Sales Manager in Vernon and was appointed GSM for the Okanagan division in 2017.

“Under Bryan’s leadership, the team more than doubled its share of local radio revenue, expanded its digital presence with the launch of Vernon Matters and Kelowna10, and became one of Pattison Media’s top digital-performing markets in 2025,” the company said in an announcement.

Bryan Ford

“Bryan has consistently stepped up to lead key initiatives while delivering strong results with a high-performing sales team,” added O’Connor. “A collaborative and hands-on leader, he works alongside his team in the field, bringing energy, commitment, and a genuine investment in their success. This promotion reflects both his results and the strength of his leadership, and we are excited to see the impact he will make across our Non-Metro Markets.”

Ford will assume his new role on March 1.
