Comscore executive Bryan Segal has been appointed Head of Growth Strategy at Numeris, as the audience measurement organization continues to advance its “All-Media” vision to deliver unified, cross-platform audience insights across all audio, video, digital, and linear platforms.

Based in Toronto and reporting to Chief Growth Officer Sue Haas, Segal had previously been with Comscore since 2017, working his way up from Research Analyst to Senior Vice President, Commercial – North America.
Numeris says in his new role, Segal will help drive strategic growth across its portfolio “while supporting the organization’s long-term vision to deliver a trusted, integrated Canadian data hub for content and advertising measurement, spanning video, audio, digital, print, and out-of-home.”
“Bryan’s experience leading commercial strategy in digital and cross-platform measurement is perfectly aligned with Numeris’ vision” said Haas, in a Numeris announcement. “As we modernize our data infrastructure, expand our digital and hybrid measurement capabilities, and evolve our Canadian data offering, Bryan will play a key role in helping us move faster and deliver meaningful value to the industry.”
The agency says Segal’s background in scaling digital measurement solutions and working within multi-vendor ecosystems, reinforces its commitment to aligning product, commercial strategy, and market engagement as Numeris and its audience analysis tools and data solutions arm, NLogic, work together more closely to streamline offerings.
“The future of media measurement in Canada depends on integration — across platforms, datasets, and industry stakeholders,” said Numeris & NLogic CEO & President, Alicia Olson-Keating. “Bryan’s digital measurement expertise, his strong relationships and deep understanding of hybrid models strengthen our ability to accelerate an All-Media approach in Canada, that brings together content and advertising measurement grounded in transparency and trust.”
“Numeris has a unique mandate and opportunity in the Canadian market,” added Segal. “As the industry moves toward more data-driven, cross-media, and AI-enabled decision-making, trusted and interoperable measurement becomes essential. I’m excited to help advance Numeris and NLogic’s vision and support the evolution toward modern, hybrid measurement that reflects how audiences actually consume content today.”
