TV & Digital Account Executive
Kamloops, British Columbia

Pattison Media is seeking a motivated, results-driven TV & Digital Account Executive to join our Kamloops sales team. This role focuses primarily on representing CFJC-TV and CFJC

Today, helping local businesses achieve their marketing goals through effective television and digital advertising solutions. As our media portfolio evolves, future opportunities may include sales expansion into our adjacent radio properties.

About You:

•Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven, with a commitment to exceptional service.
•A strong relationship builder with excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
•Entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to grow as a marketing expert in the evolving media industry.
•Skilled at prospecting, proactive outreach, new business development, and managing existing client relationships.
•Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, clean driver’s abstract, and legal eligibility to work in Canada.
•Experience in marketing, media sales, direct sales, retail sales, or business-to-business (B2B) sales.

Key Responsibilities:

•Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the BC Interior.
•Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and other business development activities.
•Develop and present customized marketing strategies and advertising solutions aligned with client objectives.
•Use a consultative, client-focused sales approach and collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong client experience and campaign results.
