Broadcast Tech & Engineering News – CES 2022 concludes with 40K in-person attendees

CES® 2022 concluded Jan. 7, with 2,300 exhibiting companies (including more than 800 startups) and over 40,000 attendees in-person, across 11 indoor and outdoor venues in Las Vegas. That compares to 182K+ total attendants and 4.4K+ companies exhibiting in 2019. Despite the surge of the Omicron variant, the show saw 30% of this year’s attendees travel from outside the U.S., representing 119 countries. Those in the industry unable to attend CES in- person can access the show digitally through Jan. 31. CES.tech features highlights from the show including keynotes, sessions, product announcements and show floor coverage.
