Jackie Moss named VP of Audio at Corus as Ronnie Stanton moves on

Corus Entertainment has announced that Ronnie Stanton, Vice President of Audio, is leaving the company for an opportunity outside the country.

The veteran programmer was just promoted to the VP, Audio position in August, overseeing Corus’ 39 FM and AM radio stations as well as the Curiouscast Podcast Network.

Jackie Moss, National Director of Marketing and Promotions, and a key member of the Audio Leadership Team, will be promoted to Vice President, Audio, effective Jan. 1.

Moss has been working with Corus Radio since 2016, initially serving as the Marketing Manager for Radio & TV in Toronto, working with Global News, 102.1 The Edge (CFNY-FM), Q107 (CILQ-FM), and 640 (CFIQ-FM) Toronto, before moving into her current national role.

Prior to 2016, she held marketing and brand manager roles with Global and Global News, starting in promotions and sponsorships in 2004 under Canwest.

“An award-winning strategic and creative marketing leader with almost 20 years of experience delivering impactful results in the media industry, Jackie has helped chart Corus’ brand identities and increased their impact, while contributing to key programming, formatting decisions, and marketing and promotions across the company’s 39 radio stations and podcasting,” the company said in a statement. “A strong, empathetic leader who motivates her team for success, she is passionate about connecting talent with brands and audiences.”
