Rogers Sports & Media strikes ad sales partnership with Wondery

Rogers Sports & Media has announced an exclusive ad sales collaboration that will see it represent the Wondery podcast network in Canada.

Rogers Sports & Media will handle all ad sales in Canada for Wondery’s award-winning portfolio that boasts shows like Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard, Business Wars, New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, true crime podcast 48 Hours, and Scamfluencers.

“Working with Wondery enhances our ability to deliver unparalleled access to the most premium audio inventory in Canada,” said Al Dark, Chief Revenue Officer, Rogers Sports & Media. “In addition to our original podcast networks, radio programming, and streaming audio, Wondery’s content further underscores our commitment to connecting Canadian advertisers with highly engaged audiences through creators, creativity, and data.”

“We’re excited  to join forces with Rogers Sports & Media to represent our shows in Canada where we continue to grow from strength to strength. Their coverage and client service will ensure that we connect Canadian brands with our highly engaged audience,” added Declan Moore, Head of International for Wondery.

Wondery has previously had ad sales arrangements in Canada with Dax Canada and Toronto-based TPX (The Podcast Exchange).

Rogers Sports & Media says the agreement complements its premium audio portfolio, spanning multi-platform audio programs across sports, news, entertainment, and French- language.
