Account Manager, Partnership Sales

Who we’re looking for:

Join Rogers Sports & Media as a key member of our Partnership Sales team, where you’ll help shape the future of media in Canada. With a monthly reach of 30 million Canadians, you’ll lead strategic, multi-platform sales efforts across our premium portfolio including TV, Streaming, Digital, Audio.

This role blends relationship-building, client management, consultative selling, and innovative media solutions to drive revenue and deliver exceptional client value.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead short term and integrated media sales efforts across national agencies and client direct, focusing on original content, premium programming, and sponsorships.
  • Develop and execute innovative, multi-platform campaigns aligned with client goals and RSM’s strategic priorities.
  • Prospect and grow new business while managing and expanding key accounts across News and Entertainment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including creative, content, strategy, and product, and other platforms — to deliver compelling pitches and seamless execution.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Support go-to-market strategies and contribute to product and format innovation.
  • Maintain accurate client data, sales activity, and pipeline reporting using Salesforce.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging media opportunities.

What you bring:

Proven Sales Expertise: Strong track record in media or related fields, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Business Development and Client Management: Skilled in prospecting new business, building lasting relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction for repeat business.

Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and client needs, developing creative strategies that align with client goals and drive growth.

Experience with Third-Party Agencies and Partners: Expertise in collaborating with external agencies and partners to execute media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and maximizing impact.

Customer-Centric Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional service, addressing client needs proactively, and continuously driving client satisfaction.
