Television Digital Outdoor Account Executive

Pattison Media Prince George is looking for an experienced advertising sales expert, with a proven track record to help us grow our broadcast and digital client-base in BC’s Northern Capital. Working with our existing team, you’ll wow clients with your passion, solve problems, and grow local businesses.

This highly motivated individual will be based in Prince George, BC and will provide exceptional customer service while selling our Television products CKPG-TV (City TV affiliate) along with local cover overs on CTV and Global BC. The candidate will also provide digital marketing opportunities through the array of products offered by Pattison Media along with street facing advertising opportunities through our partnership with Pattison Outdoor.

We provide training, leadership, goal setting, and assistance to help make you successful. Oh, and have as much fun as possible along the way!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow an existing book of business.
• Prospect and identify new customers using existing data and cold calling.
• Coordinate creative from initial sales meetings through to creative team and back to client for approvals.
• Contribute to successful project delivery through keen account management and excellent customer service.
• Ongoing awareness of industry trends and clients’ day to day challenges.
• Travel around Prince George and some outlying areas of Northern BC engaging with potential clients about our company and our premier marketing services and advertising solutions.
• Prepare and present client focused proposals.
• Learn, embrace, and execute a client focused, creatively driven sales process.
• A solid understanding of Broadcast advertising along with knowledge in a variety of Digital Marketing services, SEO, Google, Website Design, and social media.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years marketing sales, or digital sales experience.
• General understanding of Google Ad words, Facebook ads, Display Advertising is preferred.
• Strong business acumen and proficient in Digital trends.
• Strong organizational, written, presentation and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and embrace new ideas.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract and own a reliable vehicle.
