About Validate

Validate is a transformational advertising measurement and audio attribution platform built for radio. We quantify campaign delivery and outcomes across streaming and broadcast using proprietary models – reporting impressions, conversions, and CPM in a clean, client-friendly dashboard.

The Role

Own the customer journey using our established processes, assets, and tooling. You’ll execute the onboarding playbook, deliver trainings from standard decks, run adoption/retention cadences, and support Sales by using approved demos, case studies, and ROI narratives. You won’t be creating new materials—your job is disciplined, high-quality execution and tight feedback to the owners of those assets.


What You’ll Deliver
  • Time-to-Value: Guide new customers to first verified insights fast.
  • Adoption: Drive usage targets using our existing enablement paths.
  • Retention & Expansion: Run renewal and expansion motions from the standard cadence.
  • Sales Support: Execute approved demos and proof points; follow the pre-/post-call checklist.


Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Implementation 
  • Assist in setting up accounts, tags, and integrations per the onboarding checklist.
  • Validate data flow; open/track issues via Zendesk and Technical Support SLAs.
  • Hit “first-week win” milestones specified in the onboarding playbook.
Education & Enablement (Use existing assets)
  • Deliver live/recorded training using approved decks, videos, and guides.
  • Point customers to the Help Center/KB; log content gaps for the Docs owner.
  • Brief customers on new releases using product’s standard release notes.
Customer Success & Retention (Follow the cadence)
  • Run scheduled check-ins/QBRs using the standard agenda and templates.
  • Monitor health dashboards; escalate anomalies via the defined paths.
  • Execute renewal/expansion steps from the account plan template.
Support & Technical Liaison (Within defined workflows)
  • Triage tickets with existing priorities; communicate status timelines.
  • Participate in UAT as assigned; file feedback in the prescribed format.
Sales Enablement (No asset creation)
  • Join discovery/demos using the approved demo environment and talk track.
  • Supply pre-built case studies, ROI summaries, and RFP/RFI language as directed.
  • Set clear POC success criteria from the standard worksheet; report outcomes.



Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing SaaS/analytics role (CS, onboarding, or sales support).
  • Media/ad-tech/radio familiarity; comfort with impressions, attribution basics.
  • Excellent communication and live-demo confidence using prepared materials.
  • Process discipline: follows checklists, updates CRM, closes loops on time.
  • Tools: Google Workspace, SQL, WordPress, Linux CLI,  Zendesk, Zoom/Meet;
  • Nice-to-have: familiarity with data integrations/APIs/dashboards, Javascript, Python, Terraform


Salary –
$60,000 to $75,000 CAD / Year
