Christian Hall joins Rogers as National Content Director for JACK FM brand

Rogers Sports & Media has announced that Christian Hall will be joining its radio division as National Content Director, JACK and Content Director for Vancouver stations JACK 96.9 (CJAX-FM) & KiSS RADiO (CKKS-FM).

Hall will join Rogers’ “Music Brands” leadership team and be responsible for leading its portfolio of JACK stations, including JACK 96.9 (CJAQ-FM) Calgary, JACK 102.3 (CHST-FM) London, JACK 92.9 (CFLT-FM) Halifax, JACK 103.1 (CHTT-FM) Victoria and JACK 102.1 (CJCY-FM) Medicine Hat.

Hall is currently VP, Brands & Content for Harvard Broadcasting’s 13 stations across Alberta and Saskatchewan. He’s been with Harvard since 2006, holding roles from National Program Manager to serving as the founding program director at X92.9 (CFEX-FM) Calgary for the last 15 years.

Prior to Harvard, Hall was the launch PD at Q107 (CFGQ-FM) Calgary and spent a year in programming at Power 97 (CJKR-FM) Winnipeg. He’s also done a stint as APD/Music Director at Corus Vancouver stations Rock 101 (CFMI-FM) and CFOX and held early on-air roles at Y95 (CING-FM) Hamilton and Q107 (CILQ-FM) Toronto.

Rogers says Hall, who will be based in Vancouver, will take up his new position in August with a start date to be determined.

Jeff Winskell, who had been JACK 96.9’s Content Director since 2019, announced earlier this week that he had parted ways with Rogers Sports & Media.
