Broadcast Tech & Engineering News – PromoSuite and Aptivada partner on integrations

PromoSuite and Aptivada have partnered to create an integration between Aptivada’s contesting platform and PromoSuite Next and PromoSuite Mail products. The integrations will help shared clients increase efficiency and eliminate duplication. The solution injects Aptivada’s contest entrant information directly into PromoSuite’s winner database, which then enables stations to use PromoSuite Next to manage the prize fulfilment process including remotely generating winner release and W9 forms. Additionally, the winner’s data would be available within PromoSuite Mail for inclusion in future email campaigns.
