Will Aiello joins CTV Morning Live Ottawa

Will Aiello has been announced as the new co-anchor on Ottawa’s CTV Morning Live, beginning Monday, June 16.

Aiello, who most recently delivered the weekday weather forecasts for CTV News Kitchener, joins co-anchors Rosey Edeh and Melissa Lamb, weekdays from 6-9 a.m. ET.

The move marks Aiello’s return to his hometown, where he started his career behind-the-scenes in promotions.

Aiello, who has worked with Bell Media for a decade, arrives from CTV Kitchener, where he’d been a weather anchor since 2022.

“I’ve loved waking up to CTV Morning Live for many years and cannot wait to join this incredible team, make connections with loyal viewers, and deliver on telling the local stories that matter most,” Aiello said. “I began my career behind the scenes in Ottawa and to be coming back to be a part of the show on my 10-year anniversary with Bell Media makes it truly special.”

“Will is the perfect person to join Rosey and Melissa on CTV Morning Live. We look forward to having this talented trio bring the nation’s capital the sunniest, most positive wake-up they need to start their day,” added Jodi Hamilton, Operations Manager, Bell Media Ottawa.
