RTDNA Canada Central Region Award winners

RTDNA Canada handed out its annual awards recognizing the best journalists, programs, stations and news gathering organizations in radio, television and digital, in the Central Region Saturday afternoon.

CTV News Toronto – CTV News at Six claimed the Best TV Newscast (Large Market) award, while CTV Kitchener took the Small/Medium Market honour. In the Radio categories, Best Newscast (Large Market) went to CBC Montreal, with 570 News Kitchener winning the Small/Medium Market award. Best Podcast went to CBC Montreal for Mic Drop.
