The Western Association of Broadcaster’s 84th Annual Conference kicked off yesterday at the Fairmont Banff Springs with the WAB Golf Classic. The team of Kenton Boston, Doug Young, Jennifer Martin and Nathan Schauerte claimed bragging rights for the top score. Thursday’s agenda includes keynote speaker Arlene Dickinson, CEO of Venture Communications, a meet and greet with CRTC chair Ian Scott and vice-chair Caroline Simard, and the President’s Dinner & Awards Gala.
