Numeris shuffles Communications, Member Services teams

Numeris has announced that John Vavaroutsos, who had been the audience measurement bureau’s VP of Cross Platform & Communications for the last two years, has left the organization.

John Vavaroutsos

Vavaroutsos joined Numeris in Jan. 2019 from Toronto’s Digital Seven Group, the consulting firm he founded. With a background primarily in digital marketing, he had formerly worked with Google, TC Media and Wired Messenger.

Effective immediately, Catherine Malo, SVP, Cross Media, Business Development & Communication will lead the Numeris Member Services team in an expanded role. Malo was previously responsible for Digital and Member Services in Quebec while supporting the development of Numeris’ cross media strategy and leading industry discussions.

In an email to members, President & CEO Neil McEneaney said Malo’s new role is focused on working closely with members to implement Numeris’ cross platform strategy and developing and implementing member service measurement and communication strategies addressing member needs. She’ll also be responsible for expanding memberships.
