Central Ontario Broadcasting is a modern media company. Although we are best known for excellent radio, we have evolved into much more. We offer a Barrie based news portal in Barrie 360 and recently launched Flying Pigs Marketing, a digital marketing agency committed to getting our clients results with one stop shopping convenience. We are independent and that means we can make decisions quickly, believe work should be fun and encourage high fives in the hallway. We offer a friendly work environment less than an hour from Toronto and are 20 minutes to ski hills and cottage country.

We have a rare opening for an Integrated Marketing Manager with our market-leading media and marketing company. This role comes with an established portfolio and huge opportunity for growth.

The Role:

  • Represent two diverse stations, our digital platforms, and a full service marketing agency to deliver results to our customers.
  • Provide quality service to existing clients.
  • Develop new/incremental business through prospecting.
  • Determine objectives and solutions to propose directly to clients in order to create business partnerships.
  • Ability to present your ideas with passion and conviction.

You bring:

  • Post-secondary Marketing education or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years media sales or marketing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Understanding of multi-media sales platforms, including radio, digital and social.
  • Ability to succeed in a commissioned compensation structure.
