CBC/Radio-Canada has announced the speakers and panellists for the 2024 Public Broadcasters International conference (PBI Ottawa 2024).
Among those taking to the stage from October 8 to 10 are Yoshua Bengio, Founder and Scientific Director of Mila – Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute, and 2018 winner of the Turing Award; Connie Walker, Pulitzer Prize and Peabody Award-winning investigative journalist; Tim Davie, Director-General of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC); Katherine Maher, President and CEO of National Public Radio (NPR); and Noel Curran, Director-General of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).

PBI Ottawa 2024 will take place at the Canadian Museum of History (October 8) and the National Arts Centre (October 9 and 10).
