We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Sales Manager with strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to lead our sales department while building and nurturing long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders. This role goes beyond driving revenue—it’s about mentoring a team, building lasting client relationships, and positioning Nimble powered by Pattison Media as a trusted partner in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape. You will have an insatiable appetite for digital marketing and the unique ability to work effectively amongst multiple teams.
This position reports to the Directors of Sales and can be based anywhere in Western Canada.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the sales team.
- Identify opportunities for team members to grow professionally and provide ongoing coaching and training.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales roadmap to achieve short- and long-term revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, client needs, and industry changes to adapt strategies proactively.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored digital marketing solutions that drive measurable results.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Establish clear KPIs for the sales team and regularly evaluate performance.
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Drive accountability within the team to ensure consistent delivery on goals and client expectations. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the digital marketing or media industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
