Coming up on Sept. 15, IP SECURITY: “With yet another ransomware attack on a broadcaster making trade press recently, we’ll talk a bit about IT security. This session won’t focus just on the prevention aspect – when humans are involved, even the best planned security infrastructures will still have vulnerabilities. Jeff will speak with Wayne Pecena (SBE President) about some common sense ways to educate staff on the need for security, discuss common sense steps to take, both in hardening the systems and in training employees and we’ll cover some things that should be done to make recovering from the inevitable issues less stressful, with minimal impact on the air product.”
